VMI was incorporated mainly to carry on the business of buying, selling, distributing, marketing at wholesale or retail of all kinds of merchandise. With the aim to provide excellent service, on March 13, 2010 VMI’s principal office address was transferred to National Highway, General Santos City creating there to its Central Office which led into the establishment of its own financing partner, the Southpoint Credit and Finance Corporation.
